Two ways to reach us

Cyprus Company Hub takes requests in writing only: by email to [email protected] or through the request form on a service page. Both land in the same inbox, so there is no need to send the same request twice.

The form is the faster route when you already know the service. It sits at the end of each service page, for example company registration (from €1,200, 7–15 working days), the work permit application (from €1,200, 15–30 working days) and the temporary residence permit, also called the pink slip (from €900, 10–20 working days). The page tells us which service you mean before you type a word. Email suits everything else: a question that spans two services, documents you want to attach, or a follow-up to a quote.

What to include in your request

Four details let us send a quote in the first reply instead of a list of questions:

• Your citizenship, and that of every family member moving with you. EU and non-EU citizens go through different procedures in Cyprus, and the difference changes both our package and the government fees.
• The service or programme: a new company, a shelf company, a VAT number, a work permit, permanent residence and so on. If you are unsure, describe what you want to do in Cyprus and we will name the service.
• When you want to start. Our terms are counted in working days from the day we have your complete documents.
• Your budget. A company with a registered office and a bank account costs more than company formation alone (from €1,200, 7–15 working days); a budget figure tells us which combination to quote.

If you already have a Cypriot company, TIN or residence permit, mention it. It often removes a step, and a shorter job means a lower quote.

What our reply contains

We usually reply within one business day. The reply gives a quote for our work, our term in working days, the documents we need from you and the government fees you pay on top. For a company with share capital, the incorporation fee at the Registrar of Companies is €165 (checked on 25 September 2026, source: Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property); it is paid at cost and is not part of our price.

Every price on our pages is a starting figure. Indicative prices; the final quote depends on your case. Government fees are paid separately at cost and are listed below with their source. The term we quote covers our part: preparing and filing documents. How long a ministry or registry takes to decide is set by that authority, and we do not promise its decision.

When writing to us is not the right step

• You need a written opinion on a dispute, a court case or a tax investigation. We register companies and prepare applications; we do not take on litigation. The information on this site is general and is not legal advice for your specific situation.
• You want a promise that a permit or license will be granted. The decision belongs to the Cypriot authority, and nobody can promise it honestly.
• You want to correspond in a language other than English. All our replies and documents are in English.
• You are looking for property listings or a property purchase. We do not sell property; our property guide only explains the legal checks.

What happens to the details you send

We use your details only to answer this request. The form sends nothing until you tick the consent box, which is unticked by default. Emails and form requests are kept only as long as needed to prepare your quote and carry out the work you order; the retention period and your GDPR rights are set out in the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
