How we work

Step 1. You send a request

We usually reply within one business day. The form on each service page asks six things: your citizenship, the target country, the service or programme, your budget, when you want to start, and how to reach you. Nothing else is needed at this stage: no passport copies, no bank statements.

If a form is not convenient, write to [email protected] with the same details. We use your details only to answer this request. There is no phone line and no walk-in office; the whole process runs by email and online filing.

Step 2. We check the route fits you

Before quoting, we test your case against the conditions in our Cyprus fact file. Three checks decide most requests. A yellow slip is open only to EU, EEA and Swiss citizens, and the Migration Department decides within 1 month (checked 25 September 2026). A company needs at least 1 director plus a secretary, and a registered office in Cyprus that is not a mailbox. A business bank account for a non-resident owner is rated “difficult” in secondary sources (checked 25 September 2026), so we say so up front rather than after you have paid for formation.

If the route does not fit, we tell you which one does, or that none of our services covers your case. You pay nothing for this check.

Step 3. You get a written quote before any work

Our starting prices run from €400 (Registered office and virtual office) to €40,000 (CIF license application). The quote lists our fee, what it includes, what it excludes, and each government fee separately. Government fees are paid separately at cost and are listed below with their source.

Worked example for a new company: our formation package from €1,200 plus the Registrar's incorporation fee of €165 (Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, checked 25 September 2026) gives €1,365 before any optional extras. The formation package does not include the registered office (from €400) or bank account support (from €800); you add them only if you need them.

Step 4. We prepare the documents

Once you accept the quote, we send a checklist built for your file and draft everything that can be drafted on our side. For a company that means name approval, the memorandum and articles of association and the officer details; for a yellow slip, Form MEU1 and its supporting papers. Cyprus law requires the HE1 declaration to be certified by a Cyprus-registered lawyer; we arrange this as part of the service.

What stays with you: signing, and obtaining documents only you can get, such as police certificates, apostilles and certified translations. Several packages exclude translations and apostilles from our fee, and the quote says which.

Step 5. We file and follow up

We file with the authority and track the file until it closes. Registration of a company takes about 10 days including name approval, according to Spencer West (secondary source) (checked 25 September 2026); the Registrar publishes no official service time. After incorporation, the company must register for tax and receive a TIN within 60 days (Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property), and our formation package includes that step.

Our term covers our part of the work, not the authority's decision. A pink slip, for example, takes us 10–20 working days to prepare and file, while the Migration Department usually decides within 4 months of a complete application (checked 25 September 2026). We do not promise approval, and no one can honestly do so.

Step 6. The results are in your hands

You receive the filed documents and the authority's responses, not a status update. Each package names its deliverables in advance:

• Company formation (from €1,200): Name approval; Memorandum and articles of association; Filing with the Registrar of Companies; Tax registration (TIN).
• Registered office (from €400): Registered office address for 12 months; Mail scanning.
• Bank account support (from €800): Bank shortlist for your profile; KYC file preparation; Application submission and follow-up.
• Yellow slip (from €400): Eligibility check for EU/EEA/Swiss citizens; Form MEU1 and supporting documents; Appointment booking and filing.

Our terms range from 1–180 working days depending on the service; the longer terms belong to licensing and liquidation, where regulators and statutory steps set the pace.

• Company formation in Cyprus: from €1,200, 7–15 working days for our part of the work.

How we check the facts we quote

Every fee, deadline and rate on this site comes from one Cyprus fact file, last checked on 25 September 2026. It cites 41 primary sources (government sites, laws and regulators) and 13 secondary ones, and secondary sources are labelled as such wherever a figure relies on them.

When a law or programme changes, the file gets a dated entry and the affected pages change with it. The latest entry is dated 1 July 2026. The Editorial policy page explains how often we re-check and how to report an error.

Who this process is not for

• Anyone who needs a guaranteed decision date: authority timelines, such as the 4 months for a pink slip, are theirs, not ours.
• Anyone who wants a mailbox only: a Cyprus registered office must not be a mailbox, and statutory registers are kept there.
• Non-EU citizens asking for a yellow slip: that route is closed to them, and the pink slip or a work permit applies instead.
