General information, not advice on your case

The information on this site is general and is not legal advice for your specific situation. Every Cypriot figure on the site shows the date we checked it; the Cyprus dataset was last checked in full on 25 September 2026. A rate or deadline can change after that date, and a page cannot see your residence history, your shareholders or your source of funds.

Do not act on a page alone if your situation has an unusual element: a previous refusal by the Migration Department, a criminal record, a shareholder in a sanctioned country, a dispute before a court. Tell us about it in the request, and the written quote will say whether we take the work on.

Prices and the written quote

Our packages start from €400 (Registered office and virtual office) and the highest starting price is €40,000 (CIF license application). Indicative prices; the final quote depends on your case. Company formation, for example, starts from €1,200.

• Before any work starts, we send you a written quote by email with the price, what is included, what is not, and our timeline, such as 7–15 working days for company formation.
• Work starts only after you confirm that quote in writing. A request through the form does not commit you to anything, and Cyprus Company Hub charges nothing before that confirmation.
• If the scope changes during the work, for example a second shareholder or an added VAT registration, we send a revised quote first and wait for your confirmation.
• Whether any part of our fee is refundable after a refusal by the Migration Department, CySEC or a bank is stated in the quote for your case, not on this site.

Government fees are paid separately

Package prices never include state fees. Government fees are paid separately at cost and are listed below with their source. The Registrar of Companies charges €165 to incorporate a company (Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, checked 25 September 2026); that amount is paid at cost, on top of the formation package.

You pay the fee that the authority charges on the day of filing. If the Registrar of Companies or another department raises a fee after we quote you, the new fee applies, and we tell you before we file.

The authority decides, not us

The Registrar of Companies, the Tax Department, the Migration Department, CySEC and each bank take their own decision on every file. We prepare and file a complete application; we do not promise that it will be approved, and nobody honestly can. For a visitor residence permit (pink slip), the published processing time is 4 months (Migration Department, Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection, checked 25 September 2026), and the department may ask for more documents or refuse.

Business bank accounts work the same way. Our bank account package (10–30 working days for our part, from €800) covers preparing and submitting the file; opening the account is the bank's decision under its own compliance rules.

Timelines: our working days, their processing time

A timeline on this site counts our working days for our part of the work. Company formation takes 7–15 working days on our side; a pink slip application takes 10–20 working days to prepare and file. After filing, the clock belongs to the authority.

• The Registrar publishes no official service time for incorporation; the commonly cited figure is 10 days (Spencer West (secondary source), checked 25 September 2026).
• Our timeline pauses while we wait for a document, a signature, an apostille or a payment from you, and restarts when it arrives; a missing bank reference, for example, stops the clock on the 10–30 working days bank account package.
• Public holidays in Cyprus and in the country issuing your documents are not working days.

What we need from you

Accurate information and genuine documents. We run identity and source-of-funds checks before we file anything, because every authority and bank on this site runs its own. We usually reply within one business day. If a document turns out to be false or incomplete, we stop the work and tell you why in writing.

We may decline a request, before or after quoting, when we cannot verify who stands behind a company or where the money comes from. Every Cypriot company must also record its beneficial owners in the Register of Beneficial Owners kept by the Registrar (checked ${checked(ubo)}), so the real owner is on record with the Registrar either way. This site is not for anyone who needs a nominee to hide the real owner or an application built on documents that do not match the facts.

Texts on this site and links to government sources

The texts, tables and page layouts on Cyprus Company Hub are ours. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page it comes from; copying whole pages or the dataset to another site is not allowed without our written consent.

Behind the pages are 54 listed sources, 41 of them primary: laws, Cypriot government departments and regulators. Wording taken from them is a quotation and belongs to its publisher. We link to their sites so you can check the figure yourself; we do not control those sites, and the version there on the day you open it prevails over our copy.

Your consumer rights

If you use our services as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Nothing on this page, and nothing in a quote from Cyprus Company Hub, limits the rights those laws give you, including any right to withdraw from a distance contract or to seek a remedy for a service not provided as agreed.

Changes to these terms and contact

We update this page when our process or prices change. A change applies to requests received after it is published; a quote you have already accepted keeps the terms it was sent under. Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. We usually reply within one business day.
