Full price listWhy Cyprus
Cyprus charges 15% corporate income tax from 1 January 2026, takes 0% withholding tax on dividends paid to non-residents under its own law, and registers a company in about 10 days.
You want a company without audited accounts. Cyprus companies file audited financial statements every year; only small private companies under set thresholds may use a review instead.
Checked on Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property
You need a business bank account within days. Opening one for a non-resident company is rated “difficult”, and account opening is not part of our registration fee.

You want an address on paper only. The registered office must be a real office in Cyprus, not a mailbox.
